The Holistic DFW is operated by RankGrid (rankgrid.ai). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We," "us," and "The Holistic DFW" mean RankGrid.

• Business listing information: public business details such as name, category, city, phone, and website. Some of this comes from public sources and is added before a business claims its listing.
• Information you submit: when you request a quote, claim a listing, or add a business, we collect the name, phone, email, business details, and any message you provide.
• Account information: if you create an account, your email, a securely stored password, and the listings you save as favorites.
• Consent records: if you check a consent box, we record which wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your IP address.
• Payment information: for paid plans, payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: things like IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, plus cookies needed to keep you logged in and to measure site traffic (Google Analytics).

How we use it

• To connect people with local businesses and pass along quote requests.
• To set up, verify, and manage business listings.
• To run accounts and saved favorites.
• To process payments for paid plans.
• To send service messages about your listing, account, or request.
• If you gave marketing consent, to send offers and updates by email or text.

Marketing and your choices

Marketing messages are sent only if you opted in. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to texts or by contacting us. Consent to marketing is never required to be listed or to use the directory.

How we share it

• Service providers: companies that help us operate the directory, such as our payment provider, our customer messaging and CRM platform, and our email and text delivery providers. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed to run the directory and your listing or account, and as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. Consent records are kept as a compliance record.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100 percent secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt you out of marketing, by emailing [email protected]. Texas residents have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data.

Children

The Holistic DFW is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above.
