The Holistic DFW is operated by RankGrid (rankgrid.ai). In these terms, "we," "us," and "The Holistic DFW" mean RankGrid, and "you" means the person or business using the site. By using The Holistic DFW or listing a business with us, you agree to these terms.

Using the directory

  • Listings are provided for general information. We do not endorse or guarantee any business.
  • Always confirm details such as license, insurance, and pricing directly with a business before you hire.

Business listings

  • By claiming or adding a business, you confirm you are the owner or an authorized representative.
  • You are responsible for keeping your information accurate. We may edit, pause, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or misused.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

Quotes and leads

Quote requests are shared to help connect customers with a provider. We do not guarantee a response, a price, or the outcome of any work, and we do not guarantee any number of views, calls, leads, customers, or search rankings.

Paid plans and billing

  • Paid listing plans (Starter and MVP) are billed annually in advance.
  • Your plan renews automatically each year on your billing date at the then-current rate, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your listing stays active through the end of the term you already paid for.

Refunds

Annual fees are non-refundable, including for partial terms once your listing is published. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and before your listing goes live, we will refund that payment in full.

Price changes

We may change plan pricing or features. Any change to your renewal rate takes effect at your next renewal, and we will email you in advance.

Communications

We send service messages about your listing and account. We send marketing messages (email or text) only if you opted in, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP to texts or contacting us. Consent to marketing is never required to be listed or to use the directory.

Service provided as is

The directory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a listing, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of The Holistic DFW means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
